You’ll get support right away. The Gratitude Starter Pack includes prompts to help you surface the one thought, feeling, or situation you’re ready to remove. You can bring it however you like: written in your Gratitude Journal, typed into your phone, or simply held in your head.
Nothing. Second Wednesday is completely free — your only investment is showing up for yourself.
Most of the session is cameras-optional. If you’d like to receive the 90-second reset interaction directly with Susan, you’ll want your camera on so she can connect and guide you in real time.
The session is 60 minutes. If you can’t attend, register anyway — you’ll still receive your Gratitude Pack and be the first to know the next date.
Not at all. Just bring an open mind. Susan will guide you step by step so you feel comfortable throughout.
Find a quiet spot, bring your Gratitude Journal & Cards, a pen, and water. Take 3 slow breaths, note your “one thing” however you prefer, and arrive exactly as you are.
That’s exactly why Second Wednesday exists. You don’t need to prepare or perform. Simply come as you are — even tired or distracted — and the session itself will help lighten the load.
No pressure. The session is complete on its own. At the end, Susan may share an optional next step (like the Four Sacred Ceremonies) for those who feel ready. You choose your timing.
